  While this facility does ship, it does not take Amazon return code items. Unfortunate - only options were Madison or Rockford.

  This delivery person left the package at an unmarked side door where it was not found for two days. All other delivery services leave the package on the front porch at the main door where the house number is. Furthermore they left no picture on the tracking to show where it was delivered. The sender received a picture, but not me. FedX is usually a good service. This particular driver was taking every shortcut possible.

  The lady working the front desk was extremely unprofessional, when i walked in she asked if i had a tracking number which i couldn’t find she proceeded to make small rude remarks. all i was doing was trying to rush and pick up a package before work and she basically made it impossible
