Unfortunately our carrier always and I mean always puts mail in wrong slots, I find myself delivering mail to my neighbors and the one that really pisses me off is packages. I either get deliveries marked as delivered but nothing is there or I have to track them down and other times no parcel locker key is left in my box and have to wait a week before the person figures out I donr have a key in my box. I'm tired of complaining but our carrier needs to retire because they are blind or to lazy to make sure they are doing their jobs correctly. Worst part is dealing with sender because they don't care to help.....call the post office is all I hear. I rather have my own personal mail box at this point.

All of the regulars are great, but Mrs. Stephanie, Mrs. Colleen, and Mrs. Cassandra go above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. All are very generous and genuine. Mrs. Stephanie is so kind, especially to my young son who loves to visit Mrs. Stephanie and Mrs. Colleen on a regular basis. They even created a Easter Basket for my son, for no reason but to be nice to him. They're very helpful when a package goes missing or need any other follow up assistance on a package.After many bad experiences at other USPS stores, the Jackson USPS is great because of the people who work there. Thank you for your kindness and excellent customer service.
- MMMoonDec 19, 20185.0I was going to ship something today and looked at reviews for my local post office in West Bend and seen all of the horrible reviews of the rude people that work there. I saw a review that said they go to the one in Jackson instead and I'm so glad I took their advice. The main lady that took care of me was so super nice and it wasn't even busy. I'm not sure of her name but the date is 12/19/18 and maybe shoulder length dark hair? Anyways, that made my day after hearing everybody complain about long lines and crabby employees. Well done.
