- KKK1_Jun 22, 20261.0Severely bent and destroyed my college diploma dispite it being labeled very clearly "DO NOT BEND" all over and cramed several packages into my mailbox on top on it. They also keep holding my packages "per customer request" dispite me not requesting it. When I asked about this they said "it's because the driver didn't see it so she marks it that way because if the postmaster knew she missed it she'd get in trouble" ???? Don't get me wrong, if it was a one time thing, I wouldn't care! We all make mistakes! but it's happened 5 times now.

There has been multiple times where the hold my packages "per customer request" and it absolutely was not requested.
