- HHHenij3 days ago3.0One of the hartford USPS employees was completely unhelpful and clueless about the job. she don't know nothing about mail, envelope, i have to explained to her over and over again, but she still don't know nothing until other employee come out and solve my problem. and again this morning, I was the only one in line, just the two of us, yet she didn't offer a greeting or anything, but pretending to be busy with kind of printing paper, ignoring me as if I were an invisible ghost. However, as soon as an elderly woman got in line behind me, she suddenly became very friendly, greeted her, and helped her first. I don't understand why an incompetent employee with such a poor attitude is placed on the front line, she supposed to be put in the back room and get learn more about the job and attitude.
- RRRobertSep 20, 20264.0The staff here are very friendly and helpful, I would just recommend that when there’s multiple people waiting in line to maybe stop with the lobby cleaning and prioritize the front counter.
- LHLisa HallFeb 24, 20235.0Always friendly and courteous! I will not go to my local post office…only the Hartford Post Office! You ladies are wonderful!
