  Just went to FedEx Office was so disappointed with the customer service. The heavy girl with dark hair short. So rude!! Not helpful at all! Why hire ppl that don't want to work! I was the only customer! Fedex do better!

  I had such a great experience at this FedEx location! I came in needing to return my daughter’s tablet and honestly had no idea what I was doing. One of the managers, I believe her name was Evon, was absolutely amazing. She walked me through everything, helped me get it packaged and sent back, and made the entire process so smooth and fast. I even received my refund for the returned item that same day! What also stood out to me was the service overall. Everyone who came in after me was greeted, helped in a timely manner, and on their way without long waits. The staff was friendly, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. Definitely recommend this location if you need to ship or return a package in person. Great customer service from start to finish! 😊📦

  Very disappointing experience. Only ONE person was working in the entire store, and I waited over 30 minutes just to ship one box. FedEx needs to have better staffing, especially when customers are waiting this long for a simple service.

  Maybe this guy was having an off day, but I that’s not good enough in this situation. So here’s a review on that performance today. Today’s customer service was rude, there was no patience’s and he was disrespectful. He thought it was appropriate to show frustration and raise his voice when responding to a return label inquiry. He responded with: “you’re not listening to me” 4X. Talked at a customer (me), then pretty much whined about how he knows it all and how we are inconvenient because there was a line; when no one else was there. Over return label questions. However, since he knows it all and can clearly reflect that he has no patience to work through a problem and assist a customer. Then he should know not to work in a customer facing role. Unfortunate to see your employees communicate and condone themselves this way. Based on that, other locations are great. Or competitors. But, if you have to go here and you meet this representative with no patience or critical thinking. Don’t dare ask questions or not have your FedEx account ready to go lol.
