- HWhannah WeryMay 11, 20261.0This post office location is absolutely terrible. The communication is nonexistent and completely disorganized. I was told I would receive a call back regarding an issue and never heard from anyone. Instead, I had to reach out to multiple people just to get any response at all. Even then, nothing was clearly explained and I was passed around until someone higher up finally got involved. By that point, I was stuck dealing with a situation that should have been handled correctly the first time. I ended up paying $150 for a mailbox issue that was handled poorly and communicated even worse. There is no follow-through, no accountability, and no sense of urgency when customers have problems. It feels like unless you repeatedly chase people down, nothing gets done. Very frustrating experience overall and definitely not what you expect from a basic postal service.
