- DNDasha NMay 7, 20262.0It’s practically impossible to get ahold of an ACTUAL PERSON, considering the stupid automated system they have. One in awhile I can get to someone after being on the phone for 10 minutes with a robot going back and forth. It shouldn’t be so difficult to get ahold of someone there, especially just to ask a simple quick question that the dumb robot can’t seem to ever answer

I sent out my package and when I was done, my boyfriend, who recently stopped working for USPS was asked to turn his badge in at any post office and when he did and explained, she laughed very loudly, turned away and began helping a different person and didn't even say "ok, I will help the next person now have a nice day." She just began helping the next person and we were not sure what happened. The representative has reddish hair and is old. I will NEVER stop at this post office again. Very unhappy with this experience.
