  This place was very disappointing considering I had to drive approximately 100 miles round trip to get there. They made a mistake, didn't fix-it, or apologize. Lied saying they would, but as soon as I turned to leave she chose to make it worse by trying too put this huge piece of tape over the lazy attempt at putting a label on my package Instead of making a new one as promised. I'm sure she's paid to work. Simply making a new label and adding it to the package with out slamming it onto a peace of paper that wasn't attached to the package and crinkling it up. Now we have a crinkled up label stuck to a piece of paper that's not supposed to go on the package that probably can't be scanned now. Simply making a new label would have taken care of the problem, instead lied saying she would, but as soon as I started to turn around again she tried to take that big fat piece of tape and put it on my package. This is my package, not hers. The right way to have dealt with this would have been to apologize and make a new label putting it on correctly with some kind of pride in her job.

  Great customer service. Line moved quickly. Very helpful staff when I couldn't figure out the Amazon QR codes. Glad they are so close to me on Military Avenue.

  I frequent the store often and I usually get to speak with Ari. I keep coming back to the store because she is such a little Joy. She is always so attentive and tries to help me with whatever I need. I wish more people had a disposition like hers!

  Nice and courteous. It was a busy moment and the clerks kept there smiles and helpfulness. Great location.
