  Be wary of using the UPS store, THEY ARE NOT United Postal Service. I paid $160 for Saturday delivery...UPS store to UPS store to be held for pick up, and on Wednesday, 5 days LATE, the package STILL CANT BE FOUND!!! Or refunded!!! If I could give zero I would.

  Absolutely unorganized every time I've had to pick up a package from this place and this time it got even worse. I went there to pick up my package and somehow it wasn't there even though the updated status of my package says it is in their store. Store manager tells me that he sent it back to the sender, but there is no record/tracking number stating it left the store or was received by the distribution center it would have been returned to. I talked to multiple customer service representatives and they all tell me it shpuld still be at that store because it was never scanned as leaving that store. Seems to me that someone is lying because they either lost it or stole it because there's no way every other customer service person associated with UPS would be telling me it's at the store on Military Ave where it was last scanned. Do yourself a favor and use a different service before your stuff gets lost or stolen.

  The staff at this UPS location is excellent and curteous. Especially Elizabeth, she goes above and beyond for her customers. Friendly, fast, experienced and always a pleasure to work with her!
