  Elizabeth at the UPS Store #1418 on Military was incredibly helpful, patient, courteous and had a ready smile when it was my turn at the counter. There was a short line when I came in but I noticed almost immediately that while Elizabeth was efficiently assisting the customers ahead of me, the others in the store were busy chatting and laughing. Compared to her co-workers, Elizabeth appeared professional and eager to provide great customer service.

  Leslie is very patient And polite I’m a little old lady and she did everything she could to help me. I really appreciate that. I’m late writing my review. I had to have my granddaughter do it for me, but she took care of me Friday

  Hi, my name is Michael I went to your store had no idea what I was doing. My wife sent me with a bunch of screenshots and there was one employee who really helped me out a lot. Her name is Leslie. She was very patient. Helpful and really fast. I really appreciate her help.

  A very sweet girl, Marie, helped me at the counter to return my Amazon packages. I had 3 but one of them was not completed. I was having difficulty getting the item info into the Amazon page & getting the code I needed. Marie asked to use my phone & I agreed & she resolved the issue super fast and easily. Her fingers just flew on my phone and within seconds she had the whole return solved. I thanked her enthusiastically & complimented her. I indicated that I would like to give feedback on my experience with her assistance and she gave me a card with the code on it to report her helpfulness. She was so sweet!! So pleased to have Marie assist me!! Thank you!!

  Stopped by the Military avenue UPS store, it was my first time ever in any UPS store. I am an older gentleman who knows NOTHING about computers, yet I had a label in my email that I needed to ship an item. Marie was not only friendly and knowledgeable, but took the time to access the label, and then print it out for me, making the transaction as smooth as possible. As a business owner myself, I know how hard it is to find such a valuable employee in this day and age. I believe that UPS should do everything in their power to retain this person, or I might offer her a job myself. Lol.. Seriously, she is truly an asset to your company. Thank you for making my visit a pleasurable one.
