- MMMilo MichaelisJun 30, 20261.0Self service option works just fine, any day of the week. My only issue has been with the workers, who don't know how their own building functions. Was publicly scolded by the two workers today for needing to pay for a bubble envelope with them, and not at the kiosk, when the kiosk itself has a 'purchase merchandise' function. I'm not sure if this is an issue with training, or lack of knowledge amongst the workers. I just don't appreciate being made to look like an idiot for something that I've been doing for months.
