  I love being able to return Amazon purchases at the UPS store. Just have your QR code ready and they scan it and you leave the item there without having to wrap or package anything. Very convenient!

  Always friendly and efficient. Never an issue with my returns, etc. Felt compelled to do a review after a negative experience at the Mequon UPS store. Not sure how they achieved 4.5 star rating based on our experience today.....but Grafton, I appreciate you and will patronize your store with confidence!

  Stopped in about 2 to 3 weeks ago and this young worker put a label on my package I was returning from an online purchase. About a week ago, the package was returned-to me. Frustrated, I got a new label and had to drive back there. Walked in yesterday and there was 2 workers. The one that helped me on the last visit was there. He tried to encourage a woman to use the Amazon return kiosk because, "I have things to do and we close at 3pm." It was 2:35. The woman stated she didn't mind waiting for the employee. He rolled his eyes, let out a loud sigh and said, "I guess I'll just take you now." When it was my turn, he saw the label and before I could speak told me I already had a label. I explained what happened and he seemed offended I suggested that he made the previous error causing the package to return to me. I informed him he was the only worker at the counter that day. He couldn't get new label to pull up when scanning so I had to leave and call the company I purchased from. It was hard to hear the customer service rep due to a woman parked next to me blaring her music in her car, which it is what it is, but interestingly, when I walk back in at 2:49pm with the new and correct label, that woman blaring the music walks in right behind me and gets to a station and loudly exclaims to her coworkers multiple times that she leaves at exactly 3pm, in front of customers. The young man sees me walk in again, does another eye roll and then shoots daggers at me with his eyes. The rest of the visit was uneventful but I have been here many times in the past and the staff have always been extremely kind, competent, and very efficient. Not sure what is going on now but they need a complete staffing overhaul. So unprofessional, incompetent, and rude to people.
