- VPViv ParkJun 29, 20263.0I've had good and bad experiences here. Generally, there are busy hours and busy months - December is not a good month to go. During the summer months, though, I've found the place to be pretty empty. Morning hours seem to be the slowest. The people working behind the counter are usually pretty nice, as far as government workers go. I don't know if it's just me, but I usually find it hard to get a smile from a USPS, DMV, courthouse, embassy. But thankfully, I haven't met a mean person here, though not necessarily friendly either.
