- SWScott WJun 22, 20265.0Been here several times. It's a typical UPS Store, with a couple of service counters, packing supplies, and mailboxes. I'm usually here to return Amazon purchases and often end up waiting in line to hand my package to a staff member. During my visit today, I overheard an employee telling another customer that they have a self-service kiosk specifically for Amazon returns. I decided to give it a try, and it was easy breezy! Just scan your code, answer a couple of questions, print the label, and attach it to your package. Much better than waiting in line. I'll definitely be using the self-service option again.
