  Not sure where the bad ratings are coming from; the people there have ALWAYS been helpful, friendly and I've rarely had to wait around to get taken care of, and I'm practically a walking, human AMAZON RETURN-TURNSTYLE! LOL.

  Been here several times. It's a typical UPS Store, with a couple of service counters, packing supplies, and mailboxes. I'm usually here to return Amazon purchases and often end up waiting in line to hand my package to a staff member. During my visit today, I overheard an employee telling another customer that they have a self-service kiosk specifically for Amazon returns. I decided to give it a try, and it was easy breezy! Just scan your code, answer a couple of questions, print the label, and attach it to your package. Much better than waiting in line. I'll definitely be using the self-service option again.

  All in all, I like this location for convenience and most of the employees. Song is always pleasant, kind, and helpful, love that guy! Only caveot, there is a newer employee there for the past couple months, younger guy, who just seems crabby all the time. He won't make eye contact, he just points people where to go without looking at them or saying anything. Kind of weird, can definitely make going there unpleasant if the other employees are busy. Don't know what his deal is.
