- CSCharlene SApr 17, 20261.0Do NOT try to mail a customs package if Phyllis is working. Her very first question to me was "don't they have a post office in XX (the town I live), as if I should be expected to only mail from the town I reside in. She proceeded to be very abrasive and had me in tears during the process, she clearly very much did not want to complete the task. I expressed at one point I would take the package and mail elsewhere but it was clear she planned to sabotage this delivery and did not give my package back to me, I didn't want to make a scene but I wish I would have. She specifically made a comment about the package "not getting sent back to me" yet this is the first EVER service member package that IS being sent back to me. She should probably retire or find a different job because this was the most disrespected I've felt in a very long time. Now I need to pay another $30 to TRY to re-mail the package after I wait to receive it back. I'm furious and sad to be treated the way I was.
