- DGDeven GrollJul 12, 20201.0Horrible staff!!! I was literally out working on my car, an than they puled up an than turned around. Than amazon says that they attempted the delivery when all they did was turn around.. never to get out of there truck!!!! Lazy people.
- KLKathleen LeumAug 27, 20191.0I am addressing an issue with our postal delivery person in Fort Atkinson WI. Since we are a new home to his route I gave him some forgiveness. Now I must complain. It is my understanding the USPS offers a service to pick up outgoing mail placed in my mailbox with the flag in the raised position. Well I have tested his competence on 4 different occasions. If he does not have mail to deliver he just blows past our mailbox. Note: he is in a delivery truck. He can't help but see the mailbox at the curb! Another issue is that he does not place oversized parcels on the porch. He puts them at the garage door on the driveway. This leaves a potential for us to back out & running over the packages. Mind you the porch is less then 10 steps from where he places them on the driveway. I want this addressed as I see my neighbors parcels left in this manner also. By doing so he also brings attention to passersby that may have the mind to come & steal them when out in the open like that. Thank you for your attention to providing the best service available by USPS.
