- DHDonavan HuffAug 22, 20261.0I knew I wasn't going to be home for a delivery. So I signed online. Well my package goes out for delivery just for them to mark it as requested to be held now I went to go pick it up. And they are only open 2 hours on Saturday. Their doors are all unlocked. They have 3 vehicles parked out to the side. But no. More waiting because they are too lazy to man the store for any sort of doable hours for anyone with a job.
- CACyndi AuchampachAug 18, 20261.0If Google would let me give no stars, that is what Ellsworth USPS needs. We always have to wait and go get our packages at the USPS. Why? Because of the dogs, the USPS wouldn't deliver it. We work the second shift, so most of the time the dogs are in the house until someone wakes up. We get an email that the stuff is delivered at 7 in the morning. If you come to the house at or around that time, my family and the dogs are sleeping. Nope, four hours later, USPS is at the mailboxes putting mail in them. How do I know people are watching? We live in the country, which is 10 miles out of town or more. Something needs to be done. Please, someone help us with the delivery, or maybe you guys need to have UPS or FedEx

The staff repackaged my items in a used box they found in the back so I didn't even have to pay for a box. They were both so kind and helpful. This was at the Ellsworth location. I've not had the same experience at the post office in Roberts Wisconsin
- ASAriana SnowbellMar 19, 20201.0Mail lady keeps leaving packages on the busy highway instead of bringing them to the house when they don’t fit in the box. Didn’t even try to drop my package off waited all day and they said there was no one home. I sat by the door. I’m livid.
