I wouldn't say it's bad or good, however, recently I needed to get a passport which I was able to do through this location. BUT the passport people got my name wrong so I had to go back and get it fixed. It's always booked out way in advance for appts so I just walked in to see if I could get in without an appt. It's always been super busy every time I've gone in, but a lady Deborah K (I believe) helped me throughout the entire process of getting the passport and then also assisting me in getting it fixed. Despite being overwhelmed with her own duties, she maintained a friendly attitude and gave exceptional customer service. I understand what it is to work in a place so busy and with so many demands, so I am super appreciative for her assistance and fitting me in between other people she was helping. 😁

Easily one of the least professional places ever, especially in Eau Claire. If I could never use them again my life would be significantly better. FedEx, UPS, anything would be better than this.

Neither did me or my dad do this and they somehow confirmed my id to change my address without it ever even happening. Now I have a time sensitive package that says delivered and isnt in my mailbox.
