  I understand the opinion but the first day I walked in with a half completed application right before they closed they denied helping me when I asked for help to get signed up so I set an appointment up the next week for orientation I called and let them know I wasn’t going to be there! The second appointment I missed due all my fault I called after and let them know I had my days mixed up then she wanted to reschedule me for another day! I said no at the time due to me having another job and transportation issues! Two weeks have passed and they are refusing to give me an orientation saying I missed two appointments when I actually called and discussed one with you and you wanted to give me an appointment for a Wednesday before? I was only trying to get a second job to help me make more money but this is bad business not even giving people opportunities when you only met me once? I think people ready should be helping people get into jobs not picking and choosing who they think is fit!

  I have been working with people ready for 3 years as my main/supplemental income depending on the season. As a construction worker, PeopleReady gives me the flexibility to work as much or as little as I want. I wasn't expecting to work at a temp agency as much as I do but the staff is so kind and charismatic and the pay is great. Whenever I need a little extra money for a purchase (same-day-pay is a life-saver), being able to call in or go on their app to see what jobs are available is so convenient too. I was doing the old song-and-dance applying for and getting hired to full time positions, and at a few times working two full time jobs having to go from one job straight to the next. Unfortunately, regular jobs don't give you the option to ask for a break, they usually just fire you. Whenever I have expressed that a job is too much for me to PeopleReady, they are very understanding, asked that I work the few remaining days I was scheduled, and then took me off of that job. And the very next day they got me a different job that I enjoyed much more. I definitely can't fit all of the jobs I have done through PeopleReady here in this review, but I have done so many insanely cool and unique jobs through them. They have their regular 6 or so regular jobs in rotation that are usually always hiring, but if you sign up for their text alerts, you get the opportunity to do some wild stuff! There are a number of regular PeopleReady workers that I've gotten to know well also, and seeing all the other hard workers get pulled together into a big one-day odd-job is like assembling the avengers! PeopleReady has allowed me to meet so many amazing people, do so many unique things, and really grow as a person. If you're looking for something new or just need a little extra cash, PeopleReady is there for you.

  I started working at people ready in December of 25. I got hired on at the job Ryan set me up with. I enjoyed working for Ryan he was always there to answer a question.

  Peopleready is great to have as an employment option. If a family member is in the hospital somewhere away from home, I can still work while keeping them safe while they are there. The flexibility also allows for me to homeschool as well. I am able to be there for my family first and schedule shifts around our activities. I get paid through RCU well over 2 days after peopleready sends it. Not sure why it takes them 2-5 business days to release it to my account. So the prepaid card may be quicker.
