- JKJason KrawczakJul 22, 20251.0Third time I had to sign for a letter and every single time the mail person never even comes to my door, the just drop a pink slip in the mailbox and eventually say the item was undeliverables. Once I chase the carrier down and blocked them in just to get the certified letter, but they'll deliver packages to my door just fine.

It still does -except for the single employee who seems to enjoy rejecting incoming mail out of spite. We have missed wedding invitations, important tax documents, packages, etc. Even if senders manage to follow her protocols exactly (which is not the standard address format, by the way) she may still return to sender, apparently for no reason at all. This specific employee even rejected a letter I was supposed to receive from the village chamber of commerce. Let that sink in for a second, I'm pretty sure they know my address. Dear Postmaster, your office has become genuinely unreliable as a result of this employee. After about a year or so of this, I finally broke down today and told someone to send mail to my work address instead of my home. Please correct this situation, and I will happily change this review to reflect the great work that the remainder of your office provides.

Should have also told me what the place looked like where the delivery guy dropped it off. Will try not to use this post office again or recommend. Get your stuff sent to a different one.

They make you pay a $6 fee to have an inquiry sent to find your money order. Why do I have to pay to track something you all lost? I tried calling the 800 number on my receipt. I have now been on hold for 1hr and 20 minuets. This is someone’s money they are playing with for them to live. How could you operate like that?
