I've never an issues here. My Po box in past years has been over flowing with junk mail, but it seems theres been a significant decrease this year. I still get things addressed to my po box with names that i've never heard of, some important papers. It seems people can't keep track of what their po box is. As its addressed correctly 98% of the time. My home mail service gets more confused than here.a 1st line suburb of major metro area.

I found confusing information online at USPS tracking on two different occasions. Both times I called the local number, and while I didn't keep track of the name, I believe I spoke with the same gentleman each time. Both times he listened patiently to my concern, checked on the tracking, and explained exactly what happened, why it was delayed and when to expect it. I really don't have a problem waiting an extra day or two for packages, as long as it is communicated accurately. I've had less success with walk-in's at the retail counter. If you have a question, call the local number and hopefully you will get the same person assisting you.
