- DBdolphins bluMay 18, 20231.0When a person is dealing with private matters and needed their mail held but the clerks holding onto it until I tell her exactly why the mail can't be delivered... and embarrassed me in front of other customers, even though I've already had to tell every single clerk when I do get back to town to pick it up... it's none of their business, they shouldn't be that rude about it and shouldn't be asking something like that when I'm telling her I need to go, I have a funeral service to plan. Then threatens not to hold my mail while I'm still out of town. When did helping the people in your community stop being a thing?

- MAMolly AndersonJul 29, 20221.0karen is very rude. i went up there today to mail a small box, and as i gave her the custom form that i filled out for it, she insisted that i give a DETAILED description of the inside of the box, including the cost and wight (lbs and oz) of EACH item. how am i supposed to accurately know that? then, i had to take the tape off of the box to check the items inside and i told her that it needed to be taped again, and she made me pay for the tape! i have never before had to pay for a small box to get taped up. i was thinking about applying here since they're hiring, but not anymore! very poor service, and a long wait!! do not waste your time here.
