Twice I have left a note in the box asking them to go 10 more feet to put it on the covered porch. No dice. It is in the middle of the driveway again. I was a carrier. I know they want you to do 12 hours of work in an 8-hour day. But I also know the procedure. On the porch and ring the doorbell.

They handle (it is estimated) 10,000 packages / boxes, per year....and as far as I'm concerned they treat the folks at the counter with respect, have a great sense of humor and very efficient at what they do. They have the answers I need, and assist in helping us, both at the P.O. Box that we rent, and at the rural address where we also receive deliveries.
