    We were unfamiliar with the return policy and could not get it figured out. Nick took The extra time and was very polite to help us figure it out on our iPhone and help us all the way through. Not only was he polite, but helpful and gave us tips to remember how to do it in the future, We will not be using the alternative sites of Goodwill, etc.. We will be coming to this store. Nick has proved himself to be customer, friendly informative, and a consumer couldn’t ask for a better employee!!!! Thank you Nick so much. . Customerservice from Nick is something usually of the past. We recommend more employees like him.

    I made mistake as I thought I was returning under a QR code when I actually needed to print out the label and provide a box for return. Marc quickly explained my options and was able to get out the door with excellent and efficient service.

    I go out of my way to use this UPS store for my business. All the associates are wonderful and so polite. Sarah seems to always go out of her way to assist me. She can tell when I’m frustrated and having a problem attempting to print my own label etc. Whatever it is, I’m trying to do Sarah appears to notice and comes over to offer her assistance with a smile…. It’s always nice to see the same familiar faces. If you haven’t been there, make a visit.

    The Delafield UPS store is always busy, but efficient so the wait is never long. I want to recognize Nick who really made my day with his pleasant, helpful attitude but also for his knowledge and suggestion to send an important medical document UPS 3 day Air to insure its prompt guaranteed delivery. He made sure I knew my tracking # so that I could track its arrival. Nick is an asset to this store and his smile was the sunshine I needed.
