  We had a fantastic experience at this location and were very impressed with the service from Sarah. We had a lot of bulk items to ship because of a big move and she made the process so easy and stress free.   Today, I received the BEST service by Laura & Marc. I had two faxes I needed to get to the VA. As usual, regardless who attempts to Fax something it doesn't go through. However, both Laura & Marc did not give up and after 3 or 4 attempts they finally found success, on my behalf. I truly am grateful for your "above & beyond" customer service for this old Veteran. Thank you! DJS
