You’d be joking yourself to wonder why USPS has exceeded a $110 BILLION DOLLAR accumulative loss in the last 20 years. The absolute mismanagement, laziness, theft and some of the most disgustingly rude ‘humans’ employed locally and across the United States is not only mind blowing but literally criminal. The way certain clerks treat the elderly, people of different races, basically the majority of customers when they have questions or don’t understand something is literally inhumane. As I waited in line today I watched a lady walk in with prepaid labeled packages who decided to drive to another USPS location, not because of the wait, because of the female clerk she saw working behind the counter. You all should be embarrassed. To think people don’t feel comfortable leaving their prepaid labeled packages without waiting for receipt bc someone can’t scan a barcode who is PAID TO DO IT. Some people’s livelihoods and income are dependent on you all doing your jobs and it’s scary. DO BETTER, ACTUALLY SCAN PACKAGES, AND ACT LIKE HUMANS.

Didn't get any mail or package I was waiting on, even though it said it was delivered for a week. Was told there is nothing they can do, the mail lady scaned it, so it's not their problem. The lady who called told me she could see it was scaned and put into my mail box... not sure how because there are 6 mail boxes together. But she was sure it was mine 🙄 Using the app, I am missing a ton of mail. USPS DePere is a joke. Also leaves my mail box open when they do decide to deliver. When it rains before I come home, it really sucks.

Alan is a fantastic representative of the USPS! I had trouble with a couple packages being returned to sender because my apartment number wasn’t on them and he went above and beyond to locate my packages for me even though it was busy in there. I am grateful for his willingness to help!

Ineptness is the word that comes to mind. Every employee I address states their problems are from being understaffed and they can’t keep workers. Order daily pickup service online with actual confirmations but it’s hit and miss whether a carrier shows up. To eliminate the stress, we have to take our packages in every day. Complained to 3 different postmasters there but they still can’t get it straight.
