Every single time packages are delivered, the keys don’t match the package box, so we either receive one of our neighbors mail or nothing. It’s so exhausting having to track down your mail every time something is delivered.

This is the worst post office I’ve been to. The line is always super long and takes forever. They only have one person working the counter, ever!!! The customer service is horrible.

Never met a polite post office worker. The clerks are as rude as they come.

Before my review-*After posting a review on here, dont forget to report as well to the USPS Office of Consumer Advocate and Customer Relations, or the Postal Regulatory Commission and inform them of this office's actions or lack of. It is FAR PAST due that this office is held accountable for once.* The audacity/entitlement of this postal office is astounding. The drivers that I have around my area have a serious God complex issue and act as if we ain't worth a damn because we aren't a postal driver and they are. Every single time I have an issue with my package it is because of 1- The dogs or 2- They can't reach my doorway/mailbox. I have a camera so I see everything that happensat my house. I recieved a pink slip in my mailbox the other say stating that they knocked on my door but couldn't deliver my package due to the dog. I was home that day, my dog was inside with me. Never heard anyone drive in so I checked the cameras. They never even came by that day! I get slips in my mailbox in the winter as well saying that my mailbox is in accessible because of the ice. There wasnt any ice or snow restricting the mailbox as my rental takes care of that. How are you putting the slip in then if it is soo inaccessible? It's not, they're just being petty/lazy. Don't even get me started on them shoving packages in my mailbox so badly I had to pry them out or them throwing my packages because God forbid they have to walk 4 feet. "We didnt throw your package" *shows them video footage* That isn't a throw they just underhanded it a little. What a WONDERFUL thing to say to a person holding the now broken urn that held what is left from their pet. They have serious issues with figuring out postage and what is considered a package or large envelope. I was told that I needed to pay extra postage for a subscription of mine the other day. I have gotten it for about a year now. 0 issues. Today they decide it isn't an envelope anymore it is a small package. Now they want to argue with me as well as the business I get the subscription from for the extra postage. If I could choose who I get mail from I would rather have a carrier pigeon. No reason they should be like this. You deliver mail. You put packages in a box( sometimes) it aint that serious.
