They helped me figure out the best shipping option for a fragile package and made sure everything was labeled correctly. Exceptional service!
- EGEngland GordonJun 4, 20261.0Always makes sure to deliver bills and pallets worth of trash fliers but when it comes to a package you need??? Well at that point and only then, your driveway and front door have been blocked by something only ups, fed ex and Amazon can get by. Of all my orders placed acrossed platforms in the past 2 years, nearly 90% have been delayed when the good ol' USPS is in charge of delivery. If you can't or don't want to deliver packages, maybe you shouldn't be in the business. Hands down the worst postal dept I have ever had. Hopefully they can correct the laziness and lack of desire to do a job in a timely fashion all while leaving the customer in the dark. After 3 days of my package not being delivered I called to check on it's whereabouts. "Oh yeah, here it is on the shelf" no notice to come pick it up, didn't try to deliver "again" like they said they would on the Amazon app. Just leave it here and let it be the customers problem is evidently the way to properly handle said situation.

My wife was doing everything the way the Barron post office said to do it and I have gotten every package that she sent me from there, yet this lady instead of offering to assist my wife with doing it the correct way, just kept telling her that the package won't be delivered because she was doing it all wrong. We live in Chetek but my wife works in Barron... She will be longer be using Chetek post office even if it's closer and more convenient.. very disappointed!!!
