- AWAng WSep 29, 20255.0I had made a review but it turns out that person was only a fill in between 2 employees, The one retiring and the one taking over her position. I really like the new lady, she’s always friendly and chitchat and she pointed out some obvious things to me that I should’ve noticed like the fact that it was a UPS label not a USPS.

- RMRenae McKenzieApr 9, 20181.0My package was already a week late, and when I went in to get it it was 11:30am and the lady starts work at 8:30am and the yellow slips still weren’t in the mailboxes to be able to get my package. It shouldn’t take 3+ hours to get all the slips in the mailboxes. I’m very disappointed in the customer service too. She also doesn’t smile and isn’t very friendly.
