- JAJayden Andrist1 day ago1.0Recently had an order that was supposed to be delivered on 7/22. They stated no one was home to sign for the package so I scheduled a Redelivery for 7/24. I put in the specific instructions to ring my front door bell so that I could come and receive/sign for the package. I was home all day waiting for that package and no one rang the doorbell and no one left a slip so I had no idea that they came to the house until I had to search on their website and try to schedule another redelivery where it stated that they stopped by at 10:41 am that day. Again, I was home and no one rang the doorbell bell or even knocked. Since they didn’t give me another slip I could not reschedule a delivery.

- TBTia BarrettFeb 14, 20261.0Two in-person interactions with two different people at the Cedarburg USPS location and both were terrible. Both employees were rude and very unhelpful. If you need in person help with anything, I would suggest going to either Grafton or Saukville as their employees are much more personable and nice.
