I have used this location to receive my companies delivery of a specialty product. I have lost faith in this locations ability to serve even the most basic customer service. The last straw was just this morning. The only employee in the store REFUSED to let me inspect the box before I accepted it. I was allowed to look at it from 30 feet away but she wouldn't bring it to the desk to let me see if it was damaged. NOT THE INSIDE of the box, just a visual inspection. I explained that once the employee entered into their system that I accepted it before bringing it forward and it was damaged beyond use and then they told me there was nothing they could do because I "accepted it". The owner called me and told me to just ask to look at the box first to avoid that situation. That's exactly what I did. I have better things to do then to placate someone who is too lazy to move the box over so I could see it! Customer service does not exist at this location. I'm going elsewhere! And I couldn't post my review unless I selected at least one star. Should be able to select NO star.
