I recently visited this post office to return some items, and unfortunately, I left feeling extremely disappointed and uncomfortable with the way I was treated. I was misinformed on the way I had to ship my package and instead of simply explaining the process or offering assistance, the clerk was extremely rude and dismissive toward me.
What was even more concerning was the pattern I observed while standing in line. The clerk was polite, friendly, and helpful toward other customers, but her attitude noticeably changed when interacting with customers of color. As a woman of color, I felt that I was treated differently and that I was not given the same level of courtesy or assistance.
When I asked for her name, she stated that it was "K." I sincerely hope management looks into this situation because no customer should feel discriminated against or treated with disrespect when seeking basic assistance. Everyone deserves to be treated equally and with respect. I have visited several offices before and have never encountered someone like her. Extremely disappointing.

Came to get finger printed on a Saturday, website says to walk in no appointment needed. Was then told when I arrived that I needed to schedule an appointment because the person that does it didn't show up to work, literally what an employee said. Okay no problem, scheduled my appointment for the following Friday at a specific time. Showed up early told to wait until my time, literally no one in the queue. Someone came in late for their appointment they took them, then had to wait 30 minutes past my scheduled time. If you can go somewhere else it might be worth your time, unless you have time to waste.
Side note about the atmosphere it was great hearing the staff fight with each other in the lobby and learn about the gossip they were sharing while I waited.
