- TCTyler Conley4 days ago1.0First negative experience every received at USPS location/branch, but we were working on getting our rural mailbox setup which had been communicated to this branch. We would come in several times a week to get our mail so as to avoid any inconveniences or burdens. The hold up is we needed to speak with the association on getting approval to setup a mailbox. We were never told there was a hard deadline and the branch just started returning to sender all of our items. When inquiring about this they were very rude stating you had been warned about getting a mailbox setup with absolutely no remorse to the situation.

They had a package for me which I could have picked up but they made the effort and made delivery to my doorstep. They did this twice so far this year. You get the finest junk mail as well. I think they should stop delivery on weekends to save money.

The guy that seemed to be in charge said he would be calling me back when he figured it out and I never received a call back or my package.
- SHSharaya HovermanDec 14, 20191.0I recieved an email that a delivery attempt was made to my home for a package delivery. This was for two seperate packages. They claimed they were attempting to get the package delivered but were unable to, because my front door was inaccessible. I physically watched the postal office drive past my house. They never attempted to stop. They did not attempt to even stop at my house. We also have 3 seperate sidewalks/pathways shoveled out. I'm very unhappy with the service that was completed by these drivers. I ordered my packages with overnight shipping on Thursday and now they are closed because it is Saturday and they claimed this two days in a row. VERY poor service
