I can't believe how fast and friendly this post office trip was!
I walked in to return a package using a QR code- my first time doing that. They were super efficient, the employees were incredibly friendly and I was in and out within 2 minutes.

I am leaving the USPS a 2 star review, not necessarily this branch. I would give this branch a 5 star, the employees are always great. I shipped an EBAY package USPS per the buyer's request. I shipped it from this branch, again the employee who helped ship it was great. 10 days went by with only 1 scan. I contacted support (this was a treat) and they had no information for me and opened a case. To make a long story short, it took 14 days to ship and I had to partially refund the EBAY customer for the tardiness. I would like a refund for my shipping but am not "eligible". Needless to say I will be shipping UPS from now on no matter what the EBAY customer wants. I do understand that accidents happen with any company and with shipping but I would like a refund for what happened.
