No one’s willing to accept responsibility for anything frequently. Their website is down. I can’t schedule for a package pick ups as I run a business. This is absolutely ridiculous. If you can’t run it don’t have it at all then they’re raising the prices but continuing to provide shitty service. I think I speak on behalf of everybody else as well were fed up with this crap

However, the one time I did have to interact with someone, she was very rude and blunt. I understand that everyone waits til the last second to bring their mail in but you don’t need to make it anyone else’s problem. It’s usually pretty clean and organized, just wish the employees acted like they liked their jobs once in a while…
