  Had a return tonight in the ORIGINAL box, was charged $15 for a new box. The lady kept saying “the manufacturer box”. Talk to an Amazon representative and imagine that, my box was perfectly fine and I was never supposed to be charged for another box. I will drive to Lacey for future Amazon returns.

  The young lady at the store was extremely polite to everybody that walked in the door. Everyone in the store had Amazon returns and it was a pretty huge pile of stuff. It didn’t phase this girl. What a legend.

  I was totally amazed to see people backed up to the door. There was only one (1) employee on duty handling the whole show. Her name is Kota. In all my years having served during conflict, senior citizen, and Disabled Veteran, I never witnessed a person so cool, calm, and in control as Kota. She was absolutely amazing. Good Help is hard to find. She should really be considered an outstanding asset. She handled matters like a real champ. I congratulate her and the UPS store #4105 for having her on the team! Excellent worker. She remained kind, calm, and accommodating while under extreme stressful circumstances.

  Awful customer service. There was a line wrapping through the store, and for over 10 minutes, not a single employee was helping the customers waiting in line. One worker walked away to process packages, leaving the entire line just standing there with no explanation, no updates, and no effort to acknowledge anyone waiting. After about 10 minutes of zero movement, I asked how long it would be before someone could help us, and I was met with a rude, snapped response about how busy they were. I understand being busy, but ignoring a full line of customers and then responding with attitude when someone asks a reasonable question is unacceptable. I even offered to come back another time, but at that point the lack of basic customer service was clear. Being busy is not an excuse for being unfriendly or leaving customers completely unattended.
