- CMchante meabebasteracheaSep 11, 20261.0Horrible customer service, came in at 4:50pm put my addresses on my envelopes. Waited in line for 5 minute before getting my turn and asked to send 3 letters out certified and one of the employees by the name of Teresa rudely stated that I have to go to the other post office because they close in 1 minute and she will not do it. I asked why after I stood and waited my turn she said because if I expect her to send 3 small letters certified I need to give her enough time to do them. Mind you it only takes a few minutes and she turned me away and continued helping other customers!

I just wanted to talk to a real person about my mailing issues.this automotive phone call system is horrible to the point I will have to walk a 30 min walk in the heat to resolve a 10 min phone call. Please correct this aggravating issue.
