  Ricardo was very polite and helpful this morning when I mailed a package. I appreciate the positive attitude and always go to this location because of the people there.

  Came in to print and organize multiple sets of resumes before a job fair. Each resume was its own separate file, so there was no reason they should have ended up shuffled together — and yet they were. On top of that, one resume came out half-printed. Didn't notice until I was already out the door (I didn't think I needed to double-check a simple request like this), and I wasn't about to wait in line again. Had to sort through everything myself and arrived late to the job fair because of it. Simple print job, separate files, done wrong. Complete waste of time and money.

  I really enjoy going to this UPS store. They are very kind, knowledgeable and efficient. It makes doing a return or shipment hassle free.

  Staff are always courteous and helpful & this store is very convenient to W Valley. This afternoon though was a long wait due to only two agents, one doing notaries, the other assisting a customer with multiple, multiple items & the self ship was nonoperative due to an error message. I’m mostly writing this review to suggest the owner get better Wi-Fi to expedite the store returns. I had to step outside & loose my place in line in order for my phone to load the return scans.

  Went in to ship a package about a month ago, paid for 3 day shipping and package arrived late, called the hotline and they told me that THIS STORE Didn’t scan the package the day it arrived so the package sat for a whole day before they touched it. And I contacted the store and they told me they were going to file a claim which I doubt they’ve done it’s been a month and no new updates no calls no emails nothing. So just save your money and go to fedex.
