  Stopped in a few days ago to mail out some things and I have to say, it was such a great experience. I dont use this store, typically, because I live a half hour away but since I happened to be in the area, I stopped. There were 3 employees working, sry only got the name of the one who helped me, and they were so welcoming, for one. There were a cpl customers in there aside from myself, along with the UPS guy getting packages, so it was fairly busy. I forgot to print one of my labels for a box I needed to send out and didnt realize it until it was sitting on the counter for her to grab. Kenzi(I'm sure i just butchered her name sorry) was the lucky winner to get me next in line. Lol Anyway, I needed stamps to put on some envelopes and mail and send out the box. She put all the stamps on my envelopes and went ABOVE AND BEYOND getting the missing label emailed to her and printed out so I didnt have to take box back home and get the label and take it to my store a dif day. Never once did I ask her to do this, she kindly offered and jumped thru a cpl hoops to make it happen. And I noticed that the 2 other employees that were working, were also very helpful to the other customers. Keep it up you guys. In a stressful world, even little things like this, make people's days a little bit easier.

  This UPS STORE is easy to ship returns from stores and retailers. Employees are knowledgeable , efficient and always have a smile when you’re be helped.
