  Heather and Sherle of First American in Yakima went out of their way to make sure my house sale closed in a timely manner after receiving the paperwork much later than they should have, due to an attorney error. The electronic signing process went smoothly and Sherle was on top of things all the way. Thank you from this grateful seller.

  Jenniffer’s communication has been bad. Voicemail/email and yet to receive any contact from her regarding our earnest money. Will not work with this title company in the future.

  Working with First American Title Company was a great pleasure. They helped us through what we thought would be a very long process, actually turned out so easy working with FATC. They notified us with all updates, and processes that were happening, and contacted us promptly to assure us that everything was moving along smoothly. We had questions they answered and were very cordial via phone and emails. They notified us every step of the way when something was being done, which we greatly appreciated. What we thought was going to be a long, scary process, turned out to be as easy as saying Hi. We truly enjoyed our experience with FATC, and we recommend everyone to contact them, and use their expert services.
