  I had an excellent experience using the UPS passport service. We needed a passport photo for our infant, which can be especially challenging, but the staff was incredibly patient, kind, and professional throughout the process. They took the time to get the perfect photo while making the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. They also made sure the photo met all the official passport requirements. The entire process was quick, efficient, and handled with great care. I truly appreciate their outstanding customer service and would highly recommend UPS passport services to anyone, especially families with young children or infants.

  Absolute stellar service! I needed to ship a package to Ethiopia, which can be a complex process, but the team here made it seamless.   Really appreciate the kind people who work here and the cleanliness of this location. The man working tonight even reopened 4 min after they closed to let me ship my packages. Unnecessary but very appreciated and thoughtful. Thank you!

  Just came to the Cottage Lake UPS store to make an Amazon return, and the guy at the front desk was not friendly and refused to help me. He told me I had to use the station for my returns, even though the whole place was empty. I have never have any issues with doing returns at the front desk at other UPS locations and I prefer front desk returns because it is faster and more convenient for me. 0/10 customer service, I will never ship anything out from this location.

  I've been in here a few times since they have opened to ship off some items. Everyone I have come across has been very nice, helpful and professional. The only concern I have is they seem to charge more for sending off packages compared to the post office. I wanted to see the difference so I had the same exact package (same weight and items in the package envelope) to send off. I went to the UPS store which they charged me $18 for the quickest and cheapest compared to the post office which they charged me $11 for the quickest and cheapest. So my advice is pay attention to the prices and what they charge you.
