It's always well-staffed and everyone goes out of their way to help. They aren’t trying to nickel-and-dime you and I’ve found them really helpful and flexible for all my needs. Some stuff is just plain silly, like charging 55 cents per page to scan papers (when that is free at the library), but that kind of pricing is unrelated to the staff and comes from corporate. The employees at this store do an amazing job!
