Nobody will answer the phone which is really difficult because I work a full time job and am working during their hours of operation so I can’t go into the facility and figure out what’s going on. The mail in question is government/federal property and I would appreciate it if it wasn’t getting sent out of my service area to begin with after it stayed at the post office for 2 days here in Wenatchee.

Last week they declined to deliver a package because the carrier couldn’t read the address correctly so it was sent back to sender. This week I had an express package due yesterday by 6pm and it was at the Wenatchee distribution. Now it’s Saturday and they are closed and still no express package. Unreal.
