- TTTracieAug 8, 20265.0OUTSTANDING! We had such a phenomenal experience with First American in Wenatchee- THANKS to TINA OSTLUND, our LIFE.SAVER! We just bought our absolute DREAM home in Lake Chelan. She was SO easy to work with! Her knowledge, fast communication and expertise saved our loan! There were many twists, turns and glitches (all our fault) that came up during this loan process. There were 3 or 4 times where I was certain our deal was going to fall through and our dream home would have been lost forever. Any delay would have cancelled our insurance where most INS companies put a moratorium on WA state due to the fires. I was sick to my stomach with worry (yes, I know, first world problem) Tina navigated multiple working part in a complicated deal with absolute EASE! Tina truly hit a home run for us and we will be forever grateful for her follow through, determination and problem solving skills. Anyone who gets to work with Tina Ostlund at First American in Wenatchee should know they are in great hands. I would give this TEN STARS if I could!
