- SASn8ter AAug 21, 20265.0Walked in for a passport, had all our paperwork and documents in hand and copies. Gentleman at the counter had our child’s photo taken within 2 minutes of walking in. Audited our paperwork and had some quick corrections made. While also helping customers at the counter while processing our paperwork extremely efficiently. 15 minutes in total.

I looked up online and couldn’t provide what they are asking for so I asked for assistance, the guy told me to study publication 52 which looks like a book. I browsed over but I couldn’t find the specific info so I asked for help again, he repeated while looking away “publication 52 !” Zero and negative customer service!

Not telling me anything I need for the appointment, not allowing for anything put cash, not being upfront with the total cost anywhere at all, and forcing me to run back and forth from the bank to them, taking a 15 minute appointment to hours. Worst post office ever.

- CMChris MorganJun 15, 20261.0The gentleman who was at the desk today was the most rude man I’ve ever encountered and I work call centers. He had longer hair. He was snide and quite bitter about being asked to check what address he had on file for a mentally disabled family that has moved in with us. He point blank refused to do it. I’ve never seen an employee refuse to just check what address is on file for a citizen.
