- YTYadira TiscarenoApr 30, 20261.0I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this post office today. I came in simply trying to ask about paying my fee and the process for changing my address, and the front desk employee with glasses was unnecessarily rude from the start. She sighed, seemed visibly irritated, and made me feel like I was a burden for asking basic questions. On top of that, she gave me the wrong due date for my PO box payment, which now may cause me to be charged a late fee. This kind of careless misinformation can directly cost customers money and creates unnecessary stress. Customer service should not include attitude, emotional outbursts, or providing incorrect information. I expected professionalism and basic respect, and unfortunately, I received neither.

Has to keep pressing different buttons on the menu to get to the right phone (speaking to a cleek to redirect the package was, for some reason, under the "passport" option, super frustrating because I would otherwise get a busy signal or be told my call couldn't be transferred at that time), or it would just get a busy tone, or the call would end spontaneously. I had to make 5 separate calls in order to actually get through to anyone.Once I got ahold of someone though, they were able to fix the problem immediately. Good service IF you can actually make contact with someone over the phone. Making contact with someone over the phone is the hard part.
