- MSMarleigh SarrelsAug 10, 20261.0I've been here multiple times to drop off packages, and there is almost always a long line. For reference, I typically go after work or around 11 a.m.–1 p.m., so I understand those may be some of the busiest times. I waited about 25 minutes this time, which I expected and wasn't a huge issue. Unfortunately, the woman behind the counter was extremely rude and unhelpful. I’m hoping she was simply having a bad day, but the interaction left me feeling incompetent and upset. I didn't even end up shipping my package or returning the item I had brought in. At the end of the day, customer service should never leave someone feeling that way. I hope this gets addressed, but unfortunately, I’ll be going somewhere else from now on.

I came in simply trying to ask about paying my fee and the process for changing my address, and the front desk employee with glasses was unnecessarily rude from the start. She sighed, seemed visibly irritated, and made me feel like I was a burden for asking basic questions. On top of that, she gave me the wrong due date for my PO box payment, which now may cause me to be charged a late fee. This kind of careless misinformation can directly cost customers money and creates unnecessary stress. Customer service should not include attitude, emotional outbursts, or providing incorrect information. I expected professionalism and basic respect, and unfortunately, I received neither.
