  The dumbest company for the transportation and delivery of packaged, they are always late, there is always something wrong with the packages, they can’t find the address or something else, in short, avoid this company, very bad

  DO NOT send your packages here for vacation hold or redirect. They likely will make it a NIGHTMARE to get it. You’re better off shipping with UPS or USPS.

  We walked in at 7 :00 pm to pick up a package that was delivered there and the person told us he was closed, he just didn't lock the door. He refused to get us our package, said he couldn't help us because it was 7:00.

  My printer wasn't working and it's usually as easy as pushing a button on my phone. I'm not very computer savvy and was having a rough day. They were so helpful! Even though there were people there and they were kind of busy, Laurel made sure everything I needed got done in a very efficient time, treated me personally and was very good at her job.
