- KKKH KHOct 28, 20241.0Update: Most of the post office staff at this location are positively exemplary. Unfortunately, the Managing supervisor, comes across angry and is downright mean to patrons. On many occasions, I have stood in line and watched her cut down, belittle, and raise her voice to person after person. I once raised a concern for the post office employee’s safety advocating for some kind of air conditioning when it was 80+ degrees inside. Anne dismissed it with a belittling reply implying my personal discomfort was the only issue and too bad - zero care or concern about her employees. If you want to have a bad day, go to the Vashon post office and ask for the supervisor. Ouch. This post office hosts hardworking and patient employees. They seem to be working in a high stress environment yet remain calm and helpful. They need more staff and to open counter earlier though. Parking can be difficult during peak hours.

- BCBrad ClarkMar 14, 20171.0My mail is lost constantly. Mail is often not delivered and not returned, disappears into space. Mail is placed in incorrect boxes on a regular basis. Delivery lady throws my packages at my front door and drives away. Staff is fairly pleasant and kind.
