- SEStacy EllisApr 9, 20261.0It was my first time returning an item from a particular company and I was not sure if the post office needed to put a receipt inside the box so I did not tape it shut. It probably needed two pieces of 4 inches of tape to close the box, they refused to tape it and said I had to buy a roll of tape in order to tape the box and send it out. This is absolutely ridiculous. USPS can’t afford 8 inches of tape?

When I accidentally put an unsealed envelope with a check in it in the outside mail box, one of the counter workers couldn’t have been nicer about retrieving it for me. (People who posted negative reviews about this post office don’t know how good they’ve got it.)
