  Received a UPS pkg that was meant for the lady that used to live at my address so took it to this UPS store to have it returned to sender. I wrote in pretty large letters - Wrong Address, Return to Sender right next to the label. I got the pkg back two days later. What?? Somebody is not doing their job! Now I have to go out of my way to try and get it returned again. I definitely won’t be taking back to this store or using this store for anything else.

  I'm sorry charging $3.50 dollars to print a damn label is outrageous. Bring that down to a fair price. Don't treat it as severe tax when folks come in without a label. That alone gave me such a negative experience. If you come prepared tho, the customer service is friendly. I'll give them that.

  They lie and say you can't return Amazon packages here in sealed boxes that have been approved by Amazon, and the same box Amazon ships items to you in. The mail center down the road will take them, so I'm convinced this is a lie by management to sell overpriced cardboard boxes where their margins are extremely high. Far from impressed by the staff the last few times I've dropped by and will just stop at the Mail & Business Center nearby in the future where they are happy to have my business as a local business owner.

  Ryan was so helpful to find suitable packaging and really explained the process for my Amazon return and even gave me a great tip too. I normally go to another packaging store, but Ryan just gained a new regular customer.

  This has nothing to do with the staff, they were very helpful. But UPS pricing for a notary public signature is ridiculous. Yes, the signature itself is only $15, but they charge another $15 if you just walk in and don't make an appointment, even if the notary isn't busy at all. That's kind of BS in my opinion.
