  I meant to post that Roger and his co worker were very professional and patient when the line was long, yet they took time to help everyone at 110%. Good job Roger I was impressed

  Neighborhood UPS store. Have used them in the past. There was no one else in the store. Asked if they could weigh an envelope so I got the right postage. Employee was very "put out" by my request. Asked if they could put in the mail for me as the envelope was larger than I can mail at my apartment. Employee "snatched" it and walked away. The envelope never made it to the person it was being mailed to.
