  If you have a choice, I’d avoid the UPS Store on 84th in Vancouver and come to this location instead. It’s a longer drive for me, but the difference in customer service is well worth it. The staff here are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They work efficiently, so there’s rarely much of a wait, and every visit has been a positive experience. This is the location I choose because I know I’ll be treated with respect and taken care of.

  I gladly drive to this UPS Store even though it’s much farther from my home because the service is consistently excellent! Unlike my experiences at the UPS Store on 84th in Vancouver, the staff here are friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help. They work efficiently, so there’s rarely much of a wait, even when it’s busy. Every visit has been pleasant, and the customer service is the reason I keep coming back. Highly recommend this location! Thank you for your great work and excellent customer service.

  Passport photo prices were not clear beforehand. And I was charged a five dollar fee for having a package sent there that I was not aware of. I've had packages sent there before with no fees.But apparently I initiated it wrong when I made my order, but I was not warned of this in any way before I picked up the package

  I've been picking up packages from these fine people for yrs and yrs and they are absolutely wonderful and give the best service. Thank you All for the great job you continue to do every day.
