  Would leave 0. Signed up for a mailbox - 3 times over the last year something has happened on their end and my mail stopped showing up. Never with any notice. 1: Auto renewal 'didnt save' 2: Found a 'closed - come to counter slip' - system showed status as 'vacant' - until they rebooted. 3: Mortgage statement returned due to 'no one at this address'

  Was in there to buy boxes. Box display didn’t have prices so I was waiting just to find what the price was. Waited several minutes, which is fine, you’re busy. But when I was next in line, one of the employees asked if I had a question, and I explained I wanted to buy boxes. And then she said I needed to wait and that there’s a line. Like ??? I thought I was in the line? I have been waiting here, in line?? I said that, but I didn’t feel welcome anymore so I just left. I will get my boxes elsewhere.

  Was met with a very hostile employee saying we couldn’t set a small 1 pound box on a printer surface (not on buttons or anything!) so we could quickly write an address on a card. While waiting for 3 employees to help ONE customer. The entire printer station that was open to the public to touch, MAKE a sign saying don’t set stuff on there or put it behind the COUNTER so the public doesn’t touch it if you don’t want people touching it like it’s a museum and those 3 girls were all helping ONE customer with no knowledge to help resolve the other customers issue and they weren’t helping the other existing customers in the store just walking around behind the other employee, Worst UPS experience ever actually!

  Twice I have been in there. I thought the first time the staff rudeness and unhelpfulness was an abiration. Second time today was the same level of rudness from two young women. My neighbor said the same and recomended another UPS store, further away but very helpful store.
