  Been here several times. Staff are always very kind. Today, Ashly helped me and she was fast, nice and prepared to keep the flow going in everyone’s work day. I appreciate this location, will recommend it to others and will keep coming back. Thank you!

  McKenzie that works at this location is awesome and has great customer service skills! She is quick, efficient and does it all with a great attitude every time I visit.

  McKenzie is incredible! It is so refreshing to have a young person show incredible customer service every single time I come in! She shows patience and kindness and never makes me feel rushed. She helps me with my Amazon returns when I can’t quite get it right and never makes me feel stupid for showing me a million times over how to do it! I’ve gone to her over 10 times when I just can’t get it right and every single time she is as sweet and kind as can be! We need more McKenzie’s in today’s world!! She deserves a raise!!

  The employees there are always nice and courteous when I come in. I’m always greeted with a smile and receive fast accurate service. Ashly and the other staff are doing an excellent job. This ups store is awesome!

  I frequently use this UPS Store for package drop-offs, and Brook is always the one who helps me. She is consistently kind, friendly, and professional. No matter how busy the store is, she takes the time to provide excellent customer service and always makes the process quick and easy.
