  Eaxh time ive drop a package at this location. The package has a week's long delay/stuck and my customers receive empty packages! Suggest you go to the shipper you are using ups/fedex/usps to drop.

  I am not a fan of returning multiple Amazon things at once. McKenzie was super helpful. She was knowledgeable and she made it easy for me to return on my items. She was friendly! I don’t like going into places not organized and she made me feel like it wasn’t a big deal and I appreciate that.

  I had read numerous reviews about how bad this service was here, in the past but I just had a great experience. Took a total of 45 seconds to drop off a package for a return. The gal was very pleasant. I could not ask for more.
