  I would recommend The UPS Store #5799 in Vancouver, WA 98682. I had such a positive experience with Jennifer & Jen on 05/16/2026! This duo were incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and helpful from the moment we walked in. They took the time to answer our questions about shipping multiple items, box sizes, and pricing. They made the process easy and stress-free, and genuinely seemed to care about providing great customer service. It was refreshing to encounter a team that is both professional and welcoming. I appreciate their time to help me ship baby shower gifts to the new parents. I will be using this location next time I have deliveries or returns.

  Sunday doesn't give you the right to treat customers like that. We waited for more than 20 minutes until someone deigned to approach.

  I came in today to return some items. The girl's name who was helping me was Forrest. I've never had to return anything to Amazon before so this was my first time. I asked her a question about it and she said "that's for you to figure out"! Extremely rude and very unprofessional! I then had to pay for a poly bag, she said cash or card. It came to $4 and some change. I handed her a $5 bill and I asked her how much the change part was, as I couldn't remember, and she said "it's too late for that. I'm taking it out of the $5" Talk about rude and unprofessional at it's finest!!!!

  I’ve been in and out of this UPS Store every few months clearing out my grandparents’ property, and Sheryl has been an amazing! She, along with the rest of the team, has helped me ship delicate, meaningful items back to my home in California with so much care and attention. I was surprised to know that Sheryl remembers me since it’s not very often and consistent that I make a trip to Vancouver! Yet, she remembers me every time and treats both me and my items with genuine thoughtfulness. During a stressful and emotional process, that kind of consistency goes a long way. Grateful for Sheryl and the whole team for making a tough situation a lot easier.
