    I really appreciate the team at The UPS Store #5799. The whole staff is friendly and efficient. The UPS Store handles all our mail and shipping and custom printing. We use them exclusively for our business cards and rely on them for all our business needs.

    I went to this location around 10am on a Saturday. Bad idea, I know, but it was the only time I had. When I walked in, there were about 4 or 5 people in front of me in line and only 1 employee working. I can tell she was stressed because the Amazon return printer kept jamming and she had several customers waiting on her. However... she handled it SO well!! She had a smile on her face the entire time and was so kind and helpful. She helped me pick the right box for my shipment and was able to get me out of there in maybe 3 minutes from the time I got to the front. She apologized profusely for the long wait (even though it really wasn't so bad). I might just have to make this my new shipping location.

    Fast, efficient, and no hassle. I was in and out in minutes. The staff knew exactly what they were doing, got my package shipped quickly, and made the whole process easy. If you need something sent out fast and don’t want to waste time standing around, this UPS location gets the job done.

    I went in to make a return fir Amazon, Amazon had me print a label at home, but when I got to Ups I discovered you can print a label at the kiosk instead of waiting on a very long line, since they must be short staffed. Anyways the app wouldn't allow me to print the label again. So the clerk yells from the other side, you can't do that! If amazon asked you to print a label, that's your responsibility, you need to attach it to your package. I WAS THIRDLY EMBARRASSED!! I don't return things for a living... and I do not need to be scolded... I'm not a child... needless to say, I won't be coming back to this shop. BTW I went back to the app, and got my label fixed. Went in printed the label and left.. Thanks for nothing lady
