  Walked in , boxes in hand, no other customers, 2 employees chatting about whatever, zero greeting, zero “we’ll be right with you”, they just continue their conversation. I stood there plenty long before just walking out. Do better guys, cmon

  After reading many of the reviews for this location, it’s clear my experience wasn’t unique. The same complaints come up over and over again: rude employees, poor customer service, and customers being treated with disrespect. My experience was no different. Instead of receiving basic courtesy, I was treated dismissively and spoken to in an unprofessional manner. No customer should leave feeling disrespected for asking a simple question. The culture at this store appears to have a real customer service problem, and it’s time to reconsider who is being hired and how employees are expected to treat the people who keep this business open.

  This review is long overdue. I dread going to this UPS Store, even though it’s the closest one. In my experience, about 90% of the employees I’ve interacted with have been unfriendly or dismissive. There is almost always a line, yet there never seems to be any urgency to help customers or improve the wait. Today’s visit was the final straw. An employee I had never seen before was rude and disrespectful when I asked a simple question about my package. Instead of answering professionally, she spoke to me in a condescending manner and made it very obvious to me and all other customers in the store that was an inconvenience. What was even more unacceptable was what happened after I left the counter. As I was walking out, she continued talking about me to other customers, wished me “the day I deserve,” and called me names. No customer should ever be treated that way. Everyone can have a bad day, but professionalism and basic respect should be expected from employees interacting with the public. Based on my repeated experiences at this location, customer service is a serious issue and needs immediate attention from management.

  I went to this location around 10am on a Saturday. Bad idea, I know, but it was the only time I had. When I walked in, there were about 4 or 5 people in front of me in line and only 1 employee working. I can tell she was stressed because the Amazon return printer kept jamming and she had several customers waiting on her. However... she handled it SO well!! She had a smile on her face the entire time and was so kind and helpful. She helped me pick the right box for my shipment and was able to get me out of there in maybe 3 minutes from the time I got to the front. She apologized profusely for the long wait (even though it really wasn't so bad). I might just have to make this my new shipping location.
