    Absolutely terrible customer service by Renicka I had literally called another UPS right before who told me that they could get my envelope to San Diego for $30 on Thursday. Because this UPS was closer I called them And she told me that next day error was the only option which was over $100- without my even first, having given the address that it was going to! She was so lazy and very rude. In the end I went to the original UPS that I first spoke with and they gave me the tracking. You guessed it - my item will be there Thursday.

    Quick and Friendly service. With Amazon Hub for returns in their store, it’s non stop foot traffic along with everything that has to do with UPS. I don’t think I would survive a day in the employee shoes at a UPS store. Kudos to the Customer Service employees. Hopefully management is recognizing them for their efforts.
