  Wow! So impressed with the staff at this store! We visit a lot of UPS stores to ship our work equipment (big heavy boxes) and usually it is NOT a smooth process at all. The men at this store were AMAZING!!! Ravi and Shaheen worked together seamlessly and were SO VERY HELPFUL while Dylan helped other customers. They made the end of two long work days very pleasant. When we are back in the area we will definitely come back and use this store!

  I ship a lot as a small business owner, and it can be hard to find places that are consistently kind and helpful. I’ve been to this UPS Store several times, and the staff is always great, but today Ravi went above and beyond. I had to return four sets of weights that were over 40 pounds each, and Ravi helped me unload them from my car, packed them properly, made sure everything was secure, and found the right size boxes. What could have been a really stressful morning turned into such a positive experience because of his kindness and support. I’ve never written a review this long, but good customer service matters so much—especially when you’re overwhelmed. This location truly stands out from every other UPS Store I’ve been to since moving here. I appreciate Ravi and the whole team. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

  Absolutely one of the most friendly staff at a UPS store I’ve encountered. Right when you walk in the door they greet you and make you feel welcome. Keep it up!

  best customer service. nice guys and helpful with packages and Happy Return transactions. Store is always clean.

  Had some documents to print and scan. Dylan and the whole team were super helpful and friendly. This is the only place I go for my shipping and office needs!
