  Let me tell you a lady named Camille absolutely saved me. I had returns many returns and she helped me get them in right order for codes to mail back to Amazon. She is helpful, courteous, extremely knowledgeable of returns and codes. I can’t say enough great things about her. Thank you Camille

  I was so impressed with this UPS site for: 1. The friendly staff that greeted me immediately 2. The fact that they had packing tape on a big counter for a "do-it-yourself" taping job, because sometimes that is the only thing that keeps me from getting a package out in a timely manner 🙂 3. They didn't charge me for the tape, and a different UPS store closer to me told me they WOULD need to charge me $3.50 to use their tape. That is NOT Customer Service, and they have lost a good customer to THIS UPS store! Thank you to Greg, the owner!

  UPS STORE #7196 Is one pretty great place to go to return or ship packages. Keely is an awesome employee to help you when you need help with your phone so you can return your Amazon package. Keep up the amazing work everyone. I see everyone doing such good work and are so nice to the customers.

  Would not deliver package even with correct address. Supervisor said they could not resolve the issue without me paying more fees to change the address or drop off location to UPS store

  We had to ship my grandmother's china from Vancouver to Tennessee. 45 pieces in total. Expensive, yes, but worth every penny. Every piece was delivered in pristine condition. Packed so well, that it took over 2 hours to unwrap it all. Those boxes could have been in a horse drawn wagon going over rocky terrain on the Oregon trail and still would have arrived without any breakage. Would definitely use this location again.
